I love animals and caring for them has been a life-long passion. As a professional Dog Breeder since 1996,  I've raised and lived with Australian Shepherds - of all sizes - and can tell you with conviction "They have a heart the size of Texas..." and are one of the best friends you could ever want.

 

Why did I choose Australian Shepherds?  Having been around dogs all my life and a breeder for almost 30 years, I can honestly say that my "wiggle-butts" are a continuous source of joy, wonder and love. Their steadfast loyalty, their capacity for pure enjoyment, their desire to please and their "heart" are just a few examples of how they can make your life more full and rich with their companionship. In return we do our part from the moment our mommas get pregnant to ensure that each puppy is treated with unending love and meticulous care.

 

Our Pups

We carefully plan each breeding with the goal of creating pups that are an excellent representation of the breed,  sound of mind and body, healthy, athletic, intelligent, loyal and loving family companions. Then, we raise those pups just as carefully. It takes a lot of time and resources to raise puppies the "right" way. Therefore, we only have a few litters a year... but our pups are worth the wait!

 

We do our best to make sure our puppies are ready to be the best companion dogs possible. Pups are born indoors, raised under-foot and handled daily from birth using early neurological stimulation, socialization and training methods so they will fit in beautifully with your family. We encourage you to continue this after you take your puppy home.  By the time our pups leave us for their new homes, they have met the cats and other farm animals, played with other adult dogs, met and been gently handled by children, been crated for periods of time during weaning and been exposed to all types of sounds and objects. We do personality evaluations at 6-7 weeks old to ensure puppies are well-matched to their new families. Our pups are AKC-registerable and will have been started on puppy shots, put on a healthy deworming program, litterbox training well-started and sent to their new homes with health records and a health warranty at 8 weeks old. We will also send you home with “How to Raise an Australian Shepherd Puppy” manual to help you stay on track.

We love these pups! They are our pride and joy, which we gladly share with your family, knowing they will soon become your pride and joy as well. After breeding Aussies for 26 years, there's not much we haven't seen so we will be here for any questions or support you might need long after you take your puppy home.
